There is a need for cosmetics products to be different form others in this age. This is due to the saturation and volume of cosmetic products in the market today. Here at Picaso, we produce new top-quality cosmetics according to a philosophy wherein each cosmetic is created through the combination of 3 parts: the Marketing Plan, the Design + R&D and Manufacturing. All 3 parts make up a wholistic entity which is the desired cosmetic or series of products. Not one part is alienated from the other, all work cohesively together to achieve the client's desired result.
